All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: processing times may be slightly longer during drops, restocks, or high-demand periods.


Shipping Times

United States:

  • 3–5 business days (after shipping)

International (North America, Europe, Asia):

  • 2–4 weeks (after shipping)

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $80
  • Shipping costs for orders under $80 are calculated at checkout
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered, NECRONYX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
